I won't do the whole seven rounds. It's cluttered as it is.
The problem is this: We have more holes than draft picks available to fill those holes. We need immediate upgrades at guard, linebacker, receiver, safety and one tech DT. We could use another offensive tackle and a back up running back.
A draft can reasonably be expected to find three starters and a role player or two.
The way the draft looks we may have to chose which position of need we have to ignore in the early rounds.
I am in on fixing the trenches first. I want a One tech DT and a Guard in the first two rounds. That leaves linebacker and safety jockeying for the third spot. One will get an inferior prospect
Given my perspective of need for strong trenches my ideal draft of who might reasonably be available would be:
1st. Vea
2nd. Price
3rd. Jessie Bates or Kyzer White and if both are gone one of Jewel, Warner, or Scales.
4th. Depending on whether we took safety or lb in the third I take the other in the fourth. I would look at Quinn Blandiing in the fourth as a safety.
4b Hines and if he's gone, the best remaining receiver.
So to recap and clarify:
Vea, Price, Bates, Jewel, Hines.
