I'm always curious as to why people even respond if they themselves must wait for the entire story to come out.

Whatever happened to assessing a situation based on given facts at a specific point in time?

Is that not possible?

If more comes out later, so be it. Reassess and reinforce your conclusion, or form an entirely new one all together.
