Chan Gailey has told he holds no grudge. But I guess , he might want to upend the cowboys to show Jerry !

May be that might motivate him to comeup with a cunning game plan. A twist or two , unexpected?

What do you think....

Chan Gailey was let go WAY too early, but that was a long time ago...

Jerry actually put his name out there by hiring him... so there's that as well...

If Gailey doesn't have this attitude toward every team he game plans for each week, then he isn't head coaching material and should be fired immediately.

Just my 2 cents.

Of course he's bitter. He believes he got canned unfairly and I think Jerry even said that he regrets letting him go even after a pretty successful season. I'm not quite sure what I think of the guy. We got him at a time when he was inexperienced and I think he's gone through the growing pains of being head coach and somewhat has it figured out now.

It's not like GA Tech was a perennial powerhouse though. I'm not sold.

How about our team being extra motivated for a change?

After the lost 4 years ago not to mention the 2 SBs in the 90s i strongly doubt Gaily being extra motived makes a huge bit of difference to them at this point

Every coach and every team should be extra motivated every week.

He should be motivated to beat the Eagles, since it was Aikman that got Gailey fired. And as we all know from this board, Aikman is a big Eagles fan.

I'm sure this game means a lot to the Bills who are in the chase for the playoffs outside of that I don't think there is any extra motivation.

Jerry has said many times that firing Gailey was a mistake

Two things:

1. I hope Garrett has "something special" planned for all teams and I hope our players execute those game plans.

2. I hope Gailey doesnt have such a great game plan that it looks like the Eagles game where we didnt even know where we were.

He has, and it's a pretty cool thing for him to have done publicly the way he did it.

I do agree that Chan was let good to early, however, I'm not sure he's all that as a HC.
