Now that Hitler(parcells) is gone, is a change coming? of course coaches will be changed, but will players and scheme?

Will Dallas get a coach that will develope romo? if so a coach like jason garrett? as OC? or a HC like wade wilson? big QB guy

Might owens and Glenn both be gone? me personally, im a huge TO fan, but i wouldnt cry if he was gone. if the eagles dont resign stallworth, wouldnt he be a upgrade over glenn? and could be the start of a youth transistion, to go along with witten romo barber and julius.

on the defensive side

should dallas go back to a 4-3? me i say yes, for one reason. i want ware to be rushing the QB on every play. not 80% not 30% of the time. all of the time

dallas would probably need a DT, but spears and ratliff would make decent tackles, and maybe allow dallas to draft a 19 yr old in okoye.

and def a CB.

No way of knowing until a HC is hired and knowing what their philosophies are.

If he could stay on the field. I think there is a reason Payton traded his 'best' WR before the season started and there would be a reason a WR depleted team like the Eagles would let him walk. Glenn is aging no doubt, but I'd rather find a replacement in the draft.

I think TO might be gone, depending on the HC. Especially if its a college coach or first time HC assistant, that's a heavy burden to place on them right out of the gates.

Rivera is gone no matter what. Flo is a big question mark for the new HC. Other than that and WR, the offense is already fairly young. Certainly Gurode, Columbo and Kosier are just entering their prime years - if one of them is 'transitioned' out it won't be because of age.

I think that can be done effectively with a 3-4 as well. You don't need to be in a 3-4 to rush Ware. A good rusher on the other side as well as much improved play from the DEs will help just as much if not more than switching back to the 4-3.

I'd rather see a serious 3-4 coordinator brought in, but again that will depend on the HC hire.

What great QB or even really good QB did Wade ever coach ?

He has been in Chicago for the last 3 years (I think), and was in Dallas prior to that.

Respect the guy sure, but think he is a great HC prospect ? Not so much.
