Yeah, LB’er for sure is looking a little weak.Agree just wish we wouldn’t have gotten another top flight DT or LB
Besides that you can’t complain

It depends. You have to have a lot of luck with injuries and such.If there is not change at the end of the season, will ytou admit you keep getting suckered?
Acquired WR Kaiir Elam
Pass D will be better, run D has to be seen , but can get better with the infusion of real LBs and if one of the rookies can anchor and take on double teams .Has our defensive issues been fixed? Cause it has usually always been the problem.
Come on typo it happens to every one, Rock will forgive you next time , LOL
Our run defense is causing me flashbacks and PTSD.Has our defensive issues been fixed? Cause it has usually always been the problem.
No one else?you call sixth and seventh rd picks something; no one else does
You ignore so much its pathetic
Rock. this is the same story, every few years you see the same thing and its wash, rinse, repeat. 30 years of history. vs. one off season to get you excited.There seems to be change in the air at the Star these days. I don’t remember, in recent history anyway, they’ve been this active in attempting to fill holes. Don’t be quick to poo poo the free agents as they signed some quality depth there. Not top tier talent but better players than in the past. As everyone should know, you must have quality depth to compete for a Super Bowl because they will be put to the test at some point during the season. As an example of the changes just look at the 2024 RB depth chart compared to 2025:
2024 RB room
* Rico Dowdle
* Ezekiel Elliott
* Dalvin Cook
* Hunter Luepke
* Duece Vaughn
2025 RB room as of May 7th
* Jayden Blue
* Javonte Williams
* Miles Sanders
* Phil Mafah
* Hunder Luepke or Duece
That’s a solid upgrade to the running backs room. Bruisers as well as quickness. Exciting.
The Pickens trade has really got me excited not only becuase he’s one of the best WR’s in the NFL but it signals that theres a change underway in the philosophy of how Jerry and Stephen run the show.
Resigning Osa, Turpin and Hoffman show they got ahead of those contracts which is something they’ve had difficulty doing. Parsons is unsigned but so is Purdy, Trey Hendrickson and TJ Watt.

they are different than last year, but same as other head coaching changes that happened. just go see when we changed coaches and changes made to the team.Nothing’s been fixed yet. We won’t know that until the season gets underway. My point is that things are different this year. They’ve been doing mostly what everyone has been screaming for them to do. It’s ok to be optimistic and excited.
we are still 3rd in the division.Realistically, I think this puts us second in the NFCE. We actually signed some quality depth for once. And there will be real competition at some positions. Dare I say that I am looking forward to training camp?
saftey? that's kind of all of defense, except DE....three CBs coming off major injuries and no slot CB. Lewis was one of the better slot CBs in the league. we let him walk.Agree just wish we wouldn’t have gotten another top flight DT or LB
Besides that you can’t complain
reminds me when we hired McCarthy and all the changes his first two years. same with Garrett and Parcells...this is a repeat of when we change coaches and its down hill from here.This has been one of the better offseasons in recent memory and this is what they should have been doing each offseason under McCarthy. There's still a lot that must come together with this team, but they've definitely upgraded the roster.
I still have questions about the RB room, though I'm excited for the competition. Wondering how the oline comes together, Dak's ability to rebound and put it together when the lights shine the brightest. We still need to find another DT and though we added some depth/rotational guys it's still a weakness especially at the 1.
so throwing garbage at the position just hoping one sticks!!!They drafted three defensive linemen and signed 3 as free agents.
They are taking their shots.
in 3 years, this coaching staff will be lame duck coaching staff just like the other 7 before them.We are building through the draft. All these former first round picks will be going next season. I doubt they redo many of their contracts. That’s my thought process on the whole scenario. I think there’s a three-year plan by the new coach to get youth and speed in here. And in the meantime, just get the best you can as cheap as you can.
and safties too.Yeah, LB’er for sure is looking a little weak.

Awe.... This is so sweet.You guys calling him out for disappearing around here when we lose is really stupid. When we lose this place is depressing to be around because they let the inmates run the asylum.
