Changes could savor season !!!

There are a few drastic changes that could savor this season.

1) Wade Phillips, Brian Stewart and Bruce Reed need to be fired.
2) For the remainder of this season move Garrett to HC.
3) Hire Dom Capers as DC
4) Hire Coach Joe for Special Teams
5) End of season reevaluate the Coaching Staff, if they feel
this Coaching Staff can't succeed than go after Cowher.

This might seem drastic but could be a nice turnaround. The longer they wait to do item 1) the less chance that items 3) and 4) will work well.

2) Could happen, but his play calling has been pathetic lately...not sure I trust him...but can't get worse
3) Can you do that mid season? Would he even want to come in? I wouldnt.
4) He is less likely than Jimmy to come back
5) Cowher? Thats your answer?

I agree changes need to be made but I also agree we can't just switch defensive schemes mid season. I have no problem with the 3-4, just how it's being ran and most of all our coverage scheme.
