Sure. But we'd spend picks and possibly some FA money trying to release him.

He isn't what we wanted him to be but it is hard to find a player of his quality.

ur damn right. not too many players giving up on a slice like kelly roland.

Roy Williams(SS) is a complete waste of a roster spot. Dump him. Let QBs burn him almost every down while playing for a different team. There are offensive linemen that can do better in pass coverage than Williams.

Kosier can also play tackle in a pinch. Latin you really need to think before you post. Holland did appear to be pretty good- BUT if he is the starter who do we have behind him? And who do we have behind Bigg? Kosier is actually pretty cheap and is solid.

I think we will get rid of Pac man Jones, fire Bruce Read and Hire another ST coach.

Will have more thoughts/predictions later.

Can't wait for you to go out on another limb --I bet it will be the Cowboys don't resign Tank --but I will wait for your greatness:lmao2:

Potentially an unpopular view, I think there's reason to believe that the presence of Roy Williams in several games would have led to a Cowboys playoff berth.

But even if it didn't, he's obviously better than Keith Davis and the cap hit is enough that cutting him doesn't make much sense.

Greg Ellis

This should have happened several camps ago.

Marcus Spears

And replace him with whom? An ineffective Jason Hatcher?
Kyle Kosier

So, he was supposedly the reason our offensive line collapsed but he should be disposed of? That is just so ignorant it starts making sense.

with pacman already being released who else can u see getting cut or traded during the offseason?

this is who i can see gone

Roy Williams
Anthony Henry
Greg Ellis
Marcus Spears
Kyle Kosier

I can see patrick crayton being traded at some point.

And i dont think dallas signs many of its own freeagents other then canty.

I think Henry remains but in a different role and I think Kosier stays other than that I think your list is pretty accurate

Given the play of some of our players I don't think it is out of the question that some higher profile player gets released. Maybe this team needs to understand there are no untouchables on this team and that they don't run the show.

I have to disagree with you, I think Henry would make the perfect safety and backup CB in case someone gets an injury.

Got my vote

I don't think much is going to change, personally, but we'll see. I still look forward to stupid penalties, blown coverages, mental mistakes, that confounded look on Wade's face, the eventual meltdown come crunchtime and a bunch of players who think they are better than they are.

Of course, we'll also get the moments of brilliance that give you hope, which will enventually lead up to the things I listed before. I don't think one offseason is going to suddenly make this teams execution crisp and make the players smarter.

So far the only people that have been moved are a) The special teams coach that coached the worst special teams in the league and b) the troublemaker that was about to be accused of hiring a hitman. Wow, big strides.

We'll see what happens, maybe I'm wrong.

I am guessing the new meaner Wade Phillips and his proposal of "fines" for this type of behavior does not have you all that confident.
