Blitzing every down won't work... especially given a team that has proven that it can not blitz.

I would imagine the only difference you will see is maybe spears and the inside linebackers running stunts trying to create a gap for one of them to get through.

The lions do nothing but throw the ball, So I expect to see alot of nickel, which will put ratliff and hatcher on the field more, so maybe they get creative there.

I dont think you will see a 4-3 defense this week, really that is flawed logic. there is no reason in week 17 to change your defensive scheme completely.

Again, because the lions cant and do not run I would imagine we will see some stunting or blitzing of the inside linebackers in the nickel.

the thing is, bradie james is not a good blitzer.

Yeah I just said the 4-3 idea is plausible. It might enable more pass rush. What I really think is we'll see a quite a bit of nickle with a four man front. And since our current personnel isn't working, maybe we'll try someone else like Junior Glymph. Parcells said he mght dress more lineman. I guess Glymph is considered a LB but he is kind of a hybrid.

I think the reason he is inactive is that he can't provide many plays other than in the nickle. But maybe Parcells would activate him just to get him in the four man pass rush. Just a shot in the dark really. I don't know what else you can do. Ware is the only one doing anything. Hatcher has shown flashes, but he is still pretty raw.
