Changes that need to be made

1. Fire Linehan. If I can call plays just by seeing the formation, then you are too predictable. Send a message, fire him tomorrow. Garrett calls plays until the end of the year, then he's out.
2. Bench Conner Williams. I think he'll be good eventually but he's just not strong enough. I am sick and tired of seeing him gets pushed around and Dak is running for his life. Move Collins to Guard and put fleming in. How much worse could it get??
3. Bench Heath. Sucks in coverage and its getting old seeing the poor tackling. Anybody would be as good as him. Throw Brown in this mix as well.
4. Shut down Lee for the rest of the year and release him after its over. He looked slow tonight and broke down again. Time to continue to develop Smith and VanderEsch. Love ya Lee but you're done.
5. They need to get Rico two routes that he can route inside the 20. They need to practice tons of throws until he runs them properly. Then he needs to get some looks inside the 20. Dude is 6-7 and will automatically be a huge mismatch. They just refuse to use him. Not saying he is going to be the future, but the other TEs are not doing it, period.
6. STOP TRYING TO MAKE DAK A POCKET PASSER!!!! He is never going to be that guy. He needs 5 - 8 carries a game and he needs to focus on no mistakes and getting first downs. especially with the line in disarray, you cannot expect him to have 4 secs to throw an d twenty yard out. He has no time. Plus his accuracy is awful right now.
7. Never, ever, wear blue jerseys at home. They suck. We never play well in them. They are cursed.

Sorry to vent but we are in real trouble. If we cannot score more than 14 points, do you really think we stand a chance against Philly, Atlanta, NO, TBay? I never thought I would say this but we are just a 5-11 team right now. Forget playoffs, we will be lucky to many more games if we cannot score more than 20, which we can't. I like Dak personally, but I have really lost faith in him. His confidence is gone and he is becoming a turnover machine. I think Linehan and Garret ruined him by trying to make him something he's not.
