Changes. Week 5

They made Odell Beckham look like he’s a good football player; like they did his rookie year.

We make everybody look good. Media now anointing Beckham as “back”. Lol. Same thing they will do with Daniel Jones next week against our awful defense.

Bring in the Permian Basin High School Defense and replace our entire D with them. Promise them each $1,000,000 per game for each one they win. I'll guarantee they won't do any worse!!o_O

I would try to get the run game going. We need to be able to play keep away when needed to protect the defense.

Pollard shouldn't be returning kicks.

I think there has to be some changes. Just play better isn't really the answer since that plan never actually works.
I am hoping that plan is in the trash heap.

Pay the Giants to throw the game MIGHT work! But with this defense we'd probably still lose.

I got an idea

1.) we fly first out to New England and get a crash course from Bill Belichick himself. He’s the harshest coach there is. Our team needs it. We make WAYYY to many mistakes, turnover wise and penalty wise. You don’t see NE making those mistakes often.

2.) Proceed to fly out to Indianapolis. They have the highest rated defense right now. Leave the defense there, take the Colts defensive players with us and disguise them. They will wear our jerseys on game day. Hopefully no one will notice the difference. Maybe the Colts can turn our horrendous defensive players around, but til then, we steal the Colts defense (and their coordinator)

3.) fly over Kansas City stadium and kick Kellen Moore out with a parachute and hope Eric Bieniemy takes him in and teaches him to properly execute offensive playcalls and designs.

3) fly back to Dallas and practice with whoever we have left.

4.) try not to get blown out.

also, revoke Nolan’s key card into The Star.

we may become contenders if this plan comes to life
As a kc guy, I wanted Bieniemy as OC/head coach. Still wouldn't matter. The Dallas Cowboys will set the record for most points allowed in a season.

I would bring in every DL personnel I could to at least see if we got better

First, they gotta look at the film.

Second, they gotta get the coaching staff back out of the men's room and give them something to stop puking.

I don't know what the coaching staff can do when it all starts with the basic fundamental, tackling.

may need to move Crawford to DE on 1st and 2nd downs once again, dangit.

Start out in the no huddle offense. Let the offense be aggressive often and early. Still run the ball but not as much and not much on first down. Try and build a lead. Then work on pounding the ball later in the game.

On D they need to generate a pass rush. Hopefully they can without blitzing against that Giants oline but if not start blitzing. Also have all DE’s stay home and not chase plays going away from them.

As much as I hate it, the defense needs to revert back to a bend but don't break philosophy immediately. The whole reason for switching was to generate pressure and turnovers and Dallas has failed miserably on both fronts. Keep things in front of dumb defenders and hope like crazy that the offense makes mistakes before they score.

Send fat mike and all his friends back to mommy's basement where they can play make believe coach. Hope Jerruh loses all the family fortune in a drunken gambling spree forcing him to sell the team. Cut all of the defenders that quite on the team. Cut Zeke. I would start with those adjustments.

What adjustments need to be made?
Fair catches on all kickoffs.
We've done terrible on 4th downs when we are in FG range. Lets get those free points as they've come to haunt us at end of games.
Do not leave RT on an island.

I have no clue what adjustments can be made on defense. I think we lack competence and talent, don't think scheme would make much of a difference. We need better players.

What adjustments need to be made?

Do whatever San Fran is doing. They've already won a game with their backup QB, and got extremely close to winning with the third string.

They're missing just as many key pieces as Dallas, except they're not getting blown out by the Browns.

Seems there was talk being said by McCarthy that things would be simplified. Judging by all the confusion, it seems doubtful.
