Who do I have to contact in order to change it?

Raise your right hand and repeat after me "I will root for the Dallas Cowboys every season from now on". Then you can contact one of our head cowpokes and they will open the starry gates and allow you permission to change your picture. Or you can just do what Idjit said.

Take into consideration the size of the image you are trying to change out. That might be the problem. I'm just guessing at this point.
