You do realize that he scored a 30 on the wonderlic. He was a member of the National Honors Society in college. He had a validated 3.5 GPA at University of Florida, and I believe he graduated early. I love when guys like him let something out like that in the media and you all line up to take the bait. It's like fish in a barrel.
college students sometimes get the benefit of the doubt when they play sports. see Matt Leinart staying another season at USC while taking ballroom dancing.

Matt Leinart stayed at USC because he needed surgery on his throwing elbow. That is why stayed at SC. So are you saying that Crowder did not earn his grades? Not only that but while the school was busy giving him the "benefit of the doubt" he somehow managed to make honors!..lol Nice conspiracy theory there.

What does being an athlete have to do with this? It's not like a major, hell any college for that matter grades on a curve for athlete's vs non athletes. His standards are no different from any other student that qualified for honors.

Crowder is one heck of a Middle LB. I don't know what his physical condition is but he is a heck of a LB. Unfortunatly, he is also trouble, as I recall.

Shame really.

Crowder reminds me of Tommy Polley- a good instinctive football player that wears down over the course of a season. He's slight of build for a LB. I would prefer someone more stout. We need to find our Patrick Willis and pair him up with Bradie if we can. Good luck with that, I know.

What do yall think about Channing Crowder from Miami Dolphins as a middle linebacker?

Good thinking...I want Ray..but I'll stand by what I said on another thread... Kevin Burnett is a playmaker..if we let him go he will shine somewhere else.
