Maybe you're too young to remember, but Aikman was the first guy to call out the deteriorating culture after Jerry canned Jimmy, and has for the most part existed since. There's even a famous clip where Aikman trashed the draft picks in the "Jerry Learning Days" while camera was rolling. Back when our QB was not afraid to call people out. Aikman even called out crazy Charles Haley for being a wuss and sitting on the bench too much with injuries. Dude was not afraid, expected the best, and it's why he retired early. He didn't ask what he couldn't give.

That would require too much work and accountability. It is a lot easier second guessing the HC and undercutting them. And a lot more fun.

Honestly, what does it matter who they hire?



The Clampets still run the show here. This season should have been a “humbling” for the Jones family. But as we all know, they will continue to double and triple down with THEIR (VERY) limited knowledge of how to “build” a team…but they constantly overlook and undermine what they really need…a REAL football culture. One put in place by real football people.
