If the Cowboys were actually "all in" it would make sense for them to pursuit. It doesn't make any sense to commit resources to a 30 year old WR coming off an ACL injury if they are not serious about making a real run.

Keep in mind hes coming off that same ACL injury that Gallup had a couple years ago. At 30 years old the odds are probably against Williams making a full comeback.
