I never say this about a team not named the Cowboys but I feel for the Chargers. Even Norv to an extent. He may get fired when his team honestly has lost games due to officiating. I hate saying that because I don't think refs can make or break you regardless of how many bad calls they make but its not the amount of bad calls they make. Its the key ones. They simply kill the Chargers.

Ok what is going on with these Refs... I am really serious.
They were just about to measure the 1st down for Colts with less than a minute to go.
The Ref is on the ground with the ball.
The chains are in.
THEN....
Another Ref comes in and moves the ball away from 1st down line by about 2 inches.
THAT adjustment made it NOT a 1st down.
How the heck can THAT referee come in and make THAT kind of adjustment???

I think what he is referring to (and what many also noticed) is the guy who had the best call on spoting it was overruled by somebody who couldnt have possibly had any clue to where the ball was actually supposed to be. Thats the issue.

The Chargers have had a bad time with bad calls this year. It's so weird to think how different their year would be right now with some of these calls going their way.
