I don't know man. Maybe in the Green Bay game of this year when they got an early lead I can see the similarity and then blowing that lead. But imo historically, Dallas starts slow and gets behind by double digits and makes a faux 4th qtr comeback attempt against prevent defenses and come up short. And then the church of Dak tries to convince others how close a game it was before the so called 3 quarters of getting their *** kicked of a game it was.

Well, the San Diego ( LA) Chargers pulled defend from the jaws of victory. Giving up a 27 to zero lead PLUS a +5 turnover differential. This is what the Cowboys can do also. The Chargers are similar to the Cowboys. Heard for so many years how each teams has "so much talent", only to squander that so-called talent. Phillip Rivers, Tomlinson, Antonio Gates, Keenan Allen, K. Mack, Bosa, Merriman, etc..... And like the Cowboys, the Chargers can't put that talent to use in the playoffs.
So now the LA Chargers are picking up where the San Diego franchise left off. In the 21st Century, the Charger have never been to a AFC Conference game and have a grant total of Three (3) playoff wins, which is actually more than the Dallas Cowboys have. Wasted Talent......

That really was a Cowboys level loss last night

I’d trade Dak and our #1 for herbert. With pollard and lamb he’d tear stuff up.
I certainly wouldn’t give up that much. He puts up numbers, but he was part of the problem last night. His team missed the playoffs his first two years and went one and done last night after having a 27 point lead. Herbert has a lot of talent but he’s only one game over 500 as a starting QB. So far he’s been Matt Stafford in Detroit. Herbert wouldn’t win much with the Cowboys.

Think the Cowboys are more like the Vikings.....Dak and Kirk Cousins are very similar and both teams have an a star at WR, RB and a defense that crumbles on demand. Charges are just poorly coached...
Cousins record against winning teams is historically bad

Imagine if Dallas built a 27-0 lead off the strength of FIVE takeaways in the 1st half..... only to score 3 points the rest of the way and lose, 31-30.

I'm sure the Anti-Dak Cult Members would be just as forgiving, understanding and practical as they're being with Justin Herbert right now.

Clowns. Complete and utter clowns.

The Chargers began in 1960, same as the Cowboys.

The Chargers have made the playoffs in 19 seasons.. The Cowboys have made the playoffs in 33 seasons.

The Chargers have played in 4 conference championship games, winning 1.The Cowboys have played in 16 conference championship games winning 8.

The Chargers have made it to 1 Super Bowl, which they lost. The Cowboys have made it to 8 Super Bowl, winning 5.

The Chargers aren't even in the same solar system as the Cowboys when it comes to historical success. They are most certainly not equal.

If we are going to compare franchises it would seem unfair to cherry pick a specific interval of time. Every team has its ups and downs. However, the Cowboys were up far longer than the Chargers as well as 90% of the rest of the league.

The Cowboys are one of the franchises ranked high when it comes to playoff games. They also have the highest percentage of regular seasons wins in NFL history.

I don't know what the Chargers have done in the 21st century, but just from memory they were in the 2007 AFC Championship game. The Cowboys also won at least 3 playoff games.
