Restricted free agent Charlie Whitehurst intends to sign an offer sheet with the Seahawks.

Derek Anderson caught on with Arizona, so Whitehurst becomes an obvious candidate to land with Seattle. The hitch is that the Seahawks have no third-round pick, so a trade will have to be worked out. Pete Carroll's club may have to offer something like a fourth-rounder and sixth-rounder to close the deal.
