Wright is the sixth best safety in the draft.Welcome to SportsNation! On Monday, we're going to talk NFL draft when DB prospect, and former Florida player, Major Wright stops by to chat.

Wright had eight interceptions in his career at Florida. He made an immediate impact as a Gator, as his 66 tackles and four forced fumbles earned him a spot on the freshman All-American team.

Scouts Inc. ranks Wright as the sixth best safety in the draft. Scouts Inc. likes his production in his three years at Florida and his profile says that he has "prototypical height, adequate weight and above-average top-end speed."

Send your questions now and join Wright Monday at 4:30 p.m. ET!

Major Wright will be here at 4:30 p.m. ET to take your questions!

Joseph (Gainesville, FL)

Major, what's the best part about being a member of the Gator Nation? Go Gators!!

Major Wright (4:27 PM)

I would say for one, having great fans. They supported me. I'm a people person. I really loved the fans at Florida. I really don't have a regret about anything about our fans.

Ken (Redondo Bch)

I'm a big fan and can't wait to see you play in the NFL, have you had any contact from NFL teams about playing for them. I hope the Rams take you, have you heard from them? Thanks

Major Wright (4:28 PM)

Right now, there isn't one team that's showing more than another team. They're all fairly interested and want to see me continue doing the good work.

Brad (Gadsden,Alabama)

Major, Who is going to win the basketball championship tonight?

Major Wright (4:28 PM)

I'll go with Duke. I feel like they'll pull it off.

Matt (NJ)

Major, I heard you grew up idolizing Sean Taylor. Can you talk about him a bit being from the same area and compare your style of play?

Major Wright (4:29 PM)

Yeah, I definitely idolized Sean Taylor. Me growing up and watching him, my game is similar to his. I'm a hard hitting safety. I'm smart on the field. I'm physical. I can cover. And I play with a lot of swagger.

Carl

What have you been doing to prepare for the the draft?

Major Wright (4:30 PM)

Basically, right now, I'm training three times a day. When people are sleeping, I'm doing something to better myself.

Kyle (VA)

What's been the hardest part of this process?

Major Wright (4:31 PM)

The hardest part, not really knowing where I'm going. Me sitting around just waiting for draft day and for that call, that's the hardest part. The whole process of me training and studying, that's been my whole life.

jeremy (Va) [via mobile]

If you could choose a team to play for who would it be? Good luck in the draft.

Major Wright (4:32 PM)

Anyone who wants a complete safety. I don't have any team in mind that stands out.

Tucker (MA)

What round a pick do you expect to be drafted?

Major Wright (4:32 PM)

I would say no later than the third round.

karl (denver)

do you pay attention to the mock drafts?

Major Wright (4:33 PM)

No, I really don't look at that. I believe in hard work paying off. All of the hype and all that, I just go day by day bettering myself and controlling what I can control.

Tom (Boston)

You played at Florida with Tim, what do you think of his pro prospects are?

Major Wright (4:34 PM)

One thing you can say about him is that he's a winner. I don't know about where he's projected to go. I can just control myself. Some team will pick him up and they'll like him.

micah (Florida)

Out of all the college players you played against or with, who talked the most trash?

Major Wright (4:35 PM)

Georgia. They liked to talk. Usually, it's me out there talking, but Georgia got after it.

Dan (Chicago)

where will you be draft day?

Major Wright (4:35 PM)

No special plans. Just with my family at my house relaxing.

Steve (Florida)

when did you start to think that you could play in th eNFL?

Major Wright (4:37 PM)

When I was younger, I had dreams of me playingin the NFL. With my work ethic, whatever level I go to, I can play at that level. If I can play at Florida, I feel I can play anywhere.

Greg (Boston)

ANy special plans for that first NFL paycheck?

Major Wright (4:38 PM)

Helping out my grandmother. Helping her get her health back. Definitely help her out.

Stephon (NH)

What are you looking forward to the most?

Major Wright (4:38 PM)

Each week going against the best talent, guys like Larry Fitzgerald. Preparing myself to go up against those guys.

Major Wright (4:39 PM)

I appreciate everything you've been doing for me. Supporting me, cheering me. Any time I have to give autographs or anything, I will try to give it to you for supporting me.
