Bradlee anae and this kid are the same person
he always stood out to me.I watched every game of his as a hawkeyes fan and felt like he was underrated. He wasn’t in alot of peoples top 150ish players. He just does things right. We needed end and its not flashy but i hope it works.
Can't understand why he's still availableI think we may have taken the wrong Iowa D lineman with this pick... Daviyon Nixon was still on the board and he filled a more pressing need.
that someone was Belichick in NESomeone drafted DE RPerkins
High effort and high character does not win. Another ty craw. No thxhe always stood out to me.
high effort...high character.
and what i noticed...he was always around the qb.
got him 6 figures last night.High effort and high character does not win. Another ty craw. No thx
well coached. Will never hate on picks from Iowa
Yes, let’s trust you over what Dan Quinn likes, that’s smart...You have to go with big bodies across the whole defensive line. That's my opinion, if you want to stop the run and keep the QB in the pocket. BTW, sacks happen in the pocket.
So I don't have a problem with this pick. I have a problem with our small DT's. If a DT isn't 6'4" and 300 pounds his not big enough, IMO.
Parcells and Jimmy Johnson knew how to put together a defensive front seven. All of our recent coaches seem to struggle at doing that.
We shall see. I dont see an impact guy i see an almost excuses guygot him 6 figures last night.
you'll be a fan of his by november, hk.
He’s not a 7th round talent
He wasn’t a household name but he does have some talent
One thing all these guys they took have in common is they are all high effort players so people wanted a culture change, this may be it
Can you imagine every player giving 100% on each play
We might keep opposing teams from running over our defense every week
Might have been a little early, but I think he's a good fit for what we need.
He looks like a dog against the run, good instincts and gets off blocks with ease. Don't think he'll give us much juice as a pass rusher but I think he can develop into that 2 gap DE for us.

I just quoted myself to give you my already posted response. BTW, I had nothing to do with the drafting of Chauncy Golston, but I'm pretty sure your Dan Quinn did. He was in the war room, I wasn't.There are over seven billion people on this planet. I don't need any of them to agree with my opinions. My opinions are mine alone. Just because I share them doesn't mean I'm looking for readers to agree with me. Comprende?

Versatile DL that can play LDE or RDT. Very similar to Hatcher out of Grambling. Vertical Jump shows his explosion and 4.83 40yd time is good for DT/LDE in 4-3.
But reaching for 7th round picks in the 3rd has me wondering is there change in strategy were coaches are scouting and scouts are coaching.
It’s fun to watch thoughI get the Wright hate but yall need to stop acting like yall know what this dude or Odigizuwa is about. Yall just going off expert rankings of them. Same as frederick
