You are 100% correct. I think most of the reacting is over wasted space at this point rather than him personally. How many times do you glue the handle back on the cup before you give up on it and get a new one?Sad. No matter what, he's a Cowboy who has admitted his faults over the offseason and been trying to correct them. Not cool to be mocking him over an injury, especially on Day 1 of training camp.

Understood... but to mock him over an injury speaks volumes of the type of person one is. Very sad to see from some fellow Cowboys fans against any Cowboys player when it comes to his health. His major fault has been health.
I am sorry, but some players are just not equipped to handle the rigors of football. It is statistically unlikely that someone continues to have injury after injury after injury.
Either they are soft and can't play through minor nicks here and there or they have serious problems with conditioning that just don't go away.
This is one of those players.
This is not just a development that sprung up suddenly. It dogged him at Florida.
It still did not stop Dallas for reaching for him though.
