Yes they had the same kicking coach when David was in HS and Folk was in College.

David also said if the cowboys want him to play special teams, not kicking, he would do it.

I guess he ran faster 40 times than Two of the USC LBs in their pro days and also lifted more reps than 27 OL at the combine.
