Sure many fanatics, non-Patriots ones, are happy that New England lost to Tennessee. Have said many, many times, the Dallas Cowboys were once what the New England Patriots are. Always in the playoffs and frequent Superbowl visitors. Many non-Dallas fans hated the Cowboys for the same reasons why they currently always winning.

Ok, other than the Patriots losing and the Brady's last game with NE(which I seriously doubt will happen), the 4th quarter chess match where Coach Vrabel 'belichecked" his former employer. What happen in the 4th are techniques that Belicheck pulls against his opponent and to see it used against the Patriots is refreshing.

These coaching tactics help your team win, while those that don't continue to be 8-8(ie: mediocre) and want their coach, QB, players replaced. This season, the Cowboys were 1-6 in one score games. Cowboys are playing checkers while the better teams play chess. Not using analytics hurts the Cowboys and why Garrett is labelled a bad clock mgr, to use just one example.

What Coach Vrabel did was provide his team a better chance to win the game and it did. This infuses his players to work just alittle harder because their head coach is trying to do everything to get his players a win. Giving support and clapping is nice but that is checkers, need a chess player

Romo last night had a quote that hinted something like that. Can’t remember word for word but it was along the lines of “...the coach does little things like this to give your team an advantage or a better (albeit small) chance at winning.”

Hopefully our next HC takes notice of not just the major phases of the game but also the finer details to give the Cowboys a little more of an advantage. We’ve been missing that for a decade.

Bingo---- Dallas has been missing this for a decade. Sadly, I thought Garrett would have been this coach. Learning under so many good coaches through his climbing the coach tree. Garrett a IVY League graduate and you think Jason would have turned into a Bill Belicheck - type coach. Jason plays checkers while the Belichecks', Vrabel, Paytons' play chess.

All i need the next coach to do is figure out what works and stop running away from what is working

because the current ones are backwards and imo not fit for the nfl
