So Romo came in and wasn't spectacular? So what? Romo represents a look ahead towards the future of the franchise. Either he will be the next great thing at QB or we will draft high. Either way we'll know exactly how to approach the upcoming draft if he continues to get PT. I hope to god Bill does not go back to Bledsoe. The bandaid didn't hold up. He's not getting any younger and can only play on "reputation" for so long before he becomes a vegetable.

Give Romo a full week of snaps with the 1st team to get his timing down, let him play a ameaningful game in Carolina, and then let's talk about what we have. I think it's very unfair to judge a QB on 2 quarters of play at the 2nd largest NFL stage possible without having let the guy take 1st team reps to get acquainted with his 1st team weapons. Timing is everythng as a QB and if you don't have time to get familiar with the 1st tier it will show. Despite this hinderance, Romo made some very good throws last night that one could argue would not have been made by Bledsoe. The glass is half full.

Not saying he's Troy Aikman, but Aikman started 11 games in 1989. Threw 9TDs and 18INTs. He was THE first pick in the draft.

Romo's an UFA that's been on the bench for 3+yrs. This isn't rebuilding for sure. They have 2 solid RBs, 2 pro bowl caliber WRs, a pro bowl TE and an OLine that has looked good at times this season.

Sadly though he won't have a full week to prepare. At best 5 days b/c they play @Carolina Sunday night.

I'd say the glass is a little more than half full...now it's up to Romo to not spill the milk

Well it's also unfair to judge a team before we even reach the freaking half way point of the season , but welcome to being a Dallas Cowboy fan . The grass is ALWAYS greener on the otherside !

I am dying from anticipation. The Tuna's PC today will probably be standing room only. I hope he let's Romo blossom. That's the best way to proceed from here on out.

If romo practices as the starter, we will win by 2 touchdowns. Book it

I'm not sure. I'm at work and it's eating me up. I look forward to the pc summary.
