That probably means the owner was trying to evade paying import tax, which in China is about 100 percent of the value of the car. Now, taking into account that the Agera R BLT is worth 2.3 million USD, you kinda feel for the man. I’d send the car in with a parachute to avoid paying another 2 million in tax.​
