He didn't have to teach his ducks teams to be thugs. They were already high-functioning thugs when the U of Nike recruited them.
Horrible entitlement mentality in that program.

He took a horrible franchise, built the best defense in the NFL, and went to back-to-back AFC Championship games.

Quarterback issues, salary cap issues, and age finally took that thing down.
