Considering Alex Smith completed one pass downfield to a WR, and they couldn't punch it in from the 4 yard line with 6 freaking tries, the defense favors Dallas.

Considering their safeties aren't as agile as the Jets, where Witten still had 120+ yards, then the offense favors Dallas.
