Seems like she may have fallen asleep behind the wheel. That happened to my Uncle who died when I was 12, and a friend in college. Driving while sleepy is as bad as driving drunk.

Saw something yesterday were there was talk it could have been a medical episode, like heart attack or stroke. Very sad.
