Your friends are as intelligent as you, huh?

CJ went 1st, AP when 2nd.

I was 5th and think I was left with Ray Rice at that point.

Getting stuck with Ray Rice at 5th is a gift.

10 team league, snaking. I got Johnson first overall, obviously. Then Romo and Austin back to back. Then picked up Foster. I was surprised to see Romo and Austin drop that far, but I'll take it.

It was considered a reach for Tennessee to take him there, most mocks had him going in the second round.

:shush: Don't remind people of that. A lot of people like to act like it was a Felix versus CJ debate for our first round pick in that draft. People either are completely making it up (lieing), or don't know what they are talking about (ignorant). It was never a Felix versus CJ debate. It was always a Felix versus Mendenhall debate. CJ was widely considered to be a second round prospect at the time, and it was considered to be a slight reach on the part of the Titans to draft him where they did.

But don't let the facts get in the way of people making things up to blame the Cowboys about.

Please continue the regularly scheduled rue.....

I have him on my fantasy team this year.
Beyond irrelevant what a pre draft mock says....even though CJ was in fact shown going in the 1st round in about 25% of them.

Obviously it turns out that it was NOT at ALL a reach for Tennessee to take him where they did--so they were very very right and those mocks that had him in the 2nd round or later were very VERY wrong.

Anyway all that's water under the bridge. I just hope Felix explodes on the scene for us.

BTW, I notice Mcfadden is having a nice day (finally) today. good for him, I guess.

But CJ is a one cut runner who can't make anyone miss and doesn't have what it takes to make it.....

*glares at Felix Jones* You better make us forget about CJ *****.

What happened to your man crush on Mendenhall? You were always a Mendenhall over Felix homer, and you constantly moaned after that draft about it. It was only until later on that you jumped on the CJ bandwagon.

So now Felix has to outperform both Mendenhall and CJ to please you?

When Mendenhall dropped off of the draft board the discussion centered around Felix or the bigger question mark in CJ. While CJ may have been considered a possible reach, let the record show again that I preferred CJ over the other two pre-draft. Rue continues... prove me incompetent glass jaw Jones.

Feed Felix the Rock I'm J-E-A-L-O-U-S-!-!-!:a-team:

And he finished last among all RBs at the combine in the 3-cone drill!
