Spagnola reported last week that Parcells would wait until the weekend was over before he starts making his move for our new O/C..

I am hoping that he was waiting for Dan Henning to be available (Panthers lose). Since they did I sure hope he brings him in to Dallas to run our Offense.

Spags also said that he bets Chris Palmer will be the next O/C for Dallas.

Then there is Tony sporano who Parcells denied to go to New Orleans. IT seems he has big plans for him to keep him here.

SO, it's time to go on record. Who do YOU want as our next O/C???

:starspin :starspin

Tony Saprano, he controls the docks in NJ...

Dan Henning would be a great move for the Dallas Cowboys as he learned under Joe Gibbs during his first run in the 80's.

Soprano coached the OL didnt he?

They were REALLY REALLY good this year, yeah he has my vote

NOT

Then we're doomed!!!! Did you happen to see the last two games the skins played???:D

Henning is an interesting guy. He has direct coaching roots that go straight back to Sid Gillman. That is about as good as it gets offensively. His relationship with Parcells is well documented. Everybody knows that he would have been the OC in Tampa had Bill elected to go that route. He probably would have been the OC here had he not been under contract. You will never find a more knowledgable OC anywhere. Pretty damned fine OL coach as well. The only thing that worries you is that he's 62 by the time the season starts next year. He's not a main stay here. When BP goes, so does he but that's really not that big an issue cause a new HC would likely bring in his own people anyway. I think it's Henning's job for the taking.

Not that I necessarily want Chris Palmer, but...I wouldn't be surprised to see that's who we end up with as our new OC.

I voted Henning. But it wouldn't surprise me if the position went unfilled.

If Henning is 62, then look out for he and Parcells to be discussing things other than football. Like regular BM's, denture adhesives, man bras, etc.!
