Chris Terry?.?.? Can it really hurt to give this guy a incentive laden 1 year deal with character clauses? He would probably be happy to get on the field and we all know we are in desperate need of a RT.

What can it hurt Jerry? Give it a shot!

Maybe we just need to fast forward Petitti's learning curve so he is ready for San Deigo.

Whats funny is that this whole mess was started by someone who actually seems to like Quincy. An apologist if you will.

Why do think people take shots at him? Any criticism of the guy and you get attacked by the legions of his supporters.

I get pissed just because this is an irrelevant issue to the Dallas Cowboys... I backed Quincy-- quite strongly-- when he was a member of the team, and when he couldn't give the weed a rest, I had no problem with them cutting him loose... it was the right thing to do in that situation... I was good and pissed at him for that...

But that doesn't mean I now feel some childish need to continue bashing him at every opportunity... I hope he gets his act together, and goes on to have a solid career somewhere...

I could happily never mention his name again, if only some others would just give it a freakin' rest... it doesn't piss me off because I'm still an "apologist", it pisses me off because Quincy Carter has nothing to do with the Dallas Cowboys any more...

I believe those who still feel this overpowering need to trash the guy have deep psychological issues, and I'm sick of having to deal with them... it has gotten so bad that one part of me would be absolutely LMAO if Parcells DID bring Quincy back... but the other part of me wouldn't want to see that happen in a million years, not knowing what it would do to the dynamics of Cowboys message boards everywhere...

But as to your main point (I just realized I hadn't addressed it), even the Quincy backers should give it a rest too... even if Cannonball IS a Quincy backer, I still want to know *** Quincy has to do with Chris Terry and the RT situation... that IS what this thread started out about, you can tell by the title...

If this guy you're referring to can get thru the year without injury, I will bring him on board. I just don't know how D.Bledsoe is going to survive since he likes to hold onto the ball. But if we don't do something about RT, then Romo or Drew had better be ready to go since Bledsoe will be killed in there.
