So many questions only live games can answer......some players retension levels are different, and about execution or knowing others' assignments as well as your own. It's a lot getting EVERYONE on the same page playing at a high level/speed w/o mistakes.

This ain't hype though. He's saying we are going to see Sunday what they learned. I don't think its meant to pass with flying colors. But the question is are you where you are suppose to be? Are you lost? We will see. I suspect its going to be some issues at first.

One of the things we heard during veterans camp and minicamp was that lots of defensive players were showing up to his office asking questions about the defense

Just look like everyone knows where to line up and what their assignment is. That would be a big improvement.

We don't want to see chunk plays on the first series with 8 to 12 yard runs and pass completions.

My point exactly.....even so, it's starting a new job, and ya boss gives you 3-4 thick binders of training material. You learn it all, but execution and/or applying real time is something entirely different. Hell, it took the Eagles' defense over half a season the first year to master the Fangio system.
