Got into woodworking this past year or so. After messing around with a few small projects I decided to make cutting boards for Christmas.

Looking thru my mom's cabinets a few months ago, I ran across the simplistic, cutting board I made in 6th grade shop class. She really never used it, but it still shows the dulling typical of aging wood.

I think now after seeing your's, I'm going to go "steal it" and do some simple refurbishing, then give it to her again for Christmas.
