is it because it's too white?
lol.. Uhm no. Your logic sometimes.. *smh*

It's because I've seen it so much, I'm burnt crispy by it.

A wonderful life, and Home Alone. I remember getting my first weekend off base at the end of bootcamp, and the entire company went to the movies and saw Home Alone...

"Hey Clark, surprised to see us?"

"Eddie, if I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn to the carpet, I wouldn't be any more surprised."

-----------------

"Eddie, can I get you anything? Egg Nog? Drive you to the middle of nowhere...leave you for dead?"

its more than a xmas movie. Its one of the finest comedies ever made. there isnt a down scene in the movie.

I remember nearly dying in the movie theater when I saw that. i was in 8th grade when it came out and it is still just as funny today.

oh and Jim carrey as the grinch is simply fantastic. I havent watched either yet this year...but this week I will.

"good kid....baaaad judge of Character" Jim carey is so great in that...

Amen to both of these.

I have never laughed so hard as I did at Christmas Vacation when I first saw it.

Funny thing is, that's like only the fifth most offensive thing he's posted over the past 24 hours.

Before I met Bob, I didn't think it was possible to have typing tourettes.

Simple answer for the OP.

Random *** Christmas movies are made every year, because.. they continue to make money.

my favorite Christmas movie is Die Hard
I've heard that debate on Mike & Mike.

Here's my theory on it. It was originally released in July of 1988. NOT a Christmas movie.

it takes place around Christmas just like the 2nd one and they both end with Christmas songs. it's a Christmas movie to me, man!

Eddie: "If that cat had nine lives, he just spent 'em all. Whew!"

Clark: "What's that smell?
Eddie: "Fried ***** cat."

Ellen: Oh Aunt Bethany, you shouldn't have done that.
Aunt Bethany: Oh dear, did I break wind?
Uncle Lewis: Did the room clear out, Bethany? Hell no, she means presents. You shouldn't have brought presents.
