Christmas Music Thread

Godfather of Go-Go (a DC homebread genre of music)

That song opened up with a hauntingly eerie tinge of "SHAFT codename:SUPERFLY"(on a slow unfolding morning coffee brewing scene) but then the groovingly beautiful bouquet of "UPTOWN SATURDAY NIGHT" was faintly felt coming on, till it formulated into an unique tune all unto itself!,,,,

To all the "I Like Beer A Lot" group..... Who does this song remind you of the most? LOL

Twisted Christmas - I'm Dressin' Up Like Santa (When I Get Out on Parole)

Perry Como on Quaaludes it ain't,,, nor a de-balled Charlie Daniels Band neither!,,, I reckon it's Tony Bennett on a handful of bennies, knocking back a couple of highballs with some former band members of Hayseed Dixie,,,maybe?,,,, ya, that'd be my guess, fer' sure,,,curtain #3 ,BOB!,,,big money, big money,NO WHAMMIES,,,, STOP!o_O

I drank beers with Wade Phillips, Nick Saban, Mack Brown, Tommy Tubberville and Les Miles at that same bar.

Oh Lord.... Best I can say is I drank with Peter Steele from Type O Negative and I got to not only drink with but play drums with Steve Whiteman from the band Kix in Belle Star Saloon in Winchester VA when their drummer got sick. Talk about a server getting his dream playing a set with a band that could play..... Still my crowning moment.... I probably would be just as starstuck in your situation. I'm not worthy.....

Sorry Sir. My life is not that eventful. But I had a few great moments.... I was serving at the Grand Lux Cafe (Las Vegas) in 2001 when the Osbourne's were filming at our restaurant..... Had to ask Kelly to get off the table dancing drunk underage then ask the producers to not air that for legal reasons.... (for the record she was drunk before she arrived).... The worst moment of my life having to ask such and being such a fan of the king of metal.... The manager should have had to do such.....
