Chuck fans?

I really like the show. I think it is well done and has just the right mix of comedy and suspense.

My wife thinks it's a stupid show and so do a couple of my friends.

Is it me or does is the show really that bad?

No matter, gonna keep watching.

yeah it is that bad, the problem its that bad NBC wont admit it and keep pushing it down our throats, im not sure its expected life since I think i've seen Chuck on the sci fi channel.

not a good show, but if you are looking to leave reality and the world behind and just lay out for a while, than its right up that alley. Or just watch something on Hulu, its what i do.

I found a few shows i missed and liked on Hulu, and I have some old ones i like to go back and watch.

I strongly disagree. this is my favorite show. It is outstanding. it is what tv is supposed to be. Hot women, good looking guys, hillarious, absolutely fantastic music. It is just serious enough to have a storyline and funny enough to poke fun at itself.

It has a ton of pop culture references thanks to Josh Schwartz terrific overseeing of the show. The acting is very good and the crew that work on this show are terrific. Norman Buckley a fort worth native won an emmy for the editing done in the pilot. He edited the pilot and second episode and set the tone of the show.

this is not a show for the greys anatomy or 24 crowd. It is a fun show that pulls in people like me. It is a show with its own language and subtle comedy. How more people watch house and the bachelor over this I will never understand. Its my favorite hour of the week.

chucks numbers for last nights episode slipped from its usual, but I am convinced it will be back for season 3.

how anyone watches house or dancing with the stars I have no idea.

the team that makes this show led by Josh Schwartz are pitching the season 3 premise this week I believe before a decision is made. they are still at a 2.0 in the important bracket the 18-49 demo. All 7 central shows took a beating in losses last night because of that crap on abc.

there is a renewal index and chuck rates as a 1. which is very good.

Chucks problem is that it is on a tough night and nbc overall is pretty lousy. throw in the fact that it had a 6 week layoff, then the presidential address and episodes were forced out of order and it is going to be hard to climb.

I hope we get info it is renewed for a full season 3 soon. the show is fantastic.

No, it's not bad. Some people just take their shows too seriously. It's a comedy, and a dang good one at that.

I'll admit the reason I started watching it was Yvonne but I've come to even like Capt Awesome. His dialogue this season has had me cracking up.

My tv might melt next week with Yvonne and Tricia Helfer in the same episode.

And I think they purposely do some of the action/plot lines to be cheesy as part of the humor.

Funny thing is some episode a ways back she had to play an Australian doctor at some conference during the show and spoke with an accent. Turns out she really has an accent and uses her acting american accent for the show.

Theebs, I think they said last night that "In two weeks the new season of chuck begins". It was at the end of the show when they show previews.

I don't think it's going to get axed. The show is too good IMO. But then again that's why I started the thread because others said it wasn't.

I thought it was mildly humorous when it first started, but the wife and I have not missed an episode. Now it is one of our favorites. I love the references, "sweep the leg!" and the die hard episode was great. Yvonne is gorgeous.

I'm just wondering how long they'll go before one of the people close to Chuck find out about what's going on. It'll be Morgan I'm sure, unless they go off the wall and make it Awesome. I wouldn't be too surprised, he seems to be becoming a larger part of the show.
