Parcells knows that its not time for him to leave. The team was good, it simply wasn't ready to win yet. Especially not with Zimmer not able to adjust on defense.

This off season we will can add at least 10 players to the 53 man roster.

10 new better players...

a mix of rookies and free agents.

Other than needing to re-sign Gramatica, you can take kicker off your list.

We cut Bledsoe and add a veteran QB. Evaluate Tyson Thompson after his injury or find a new 3rd RB. Always look to improve WR in the draft if something is there, replacing Austin/Hurd if need be. Pick a 3rd TE from Hannem/Curtis/Pierce/draft/FA. Really overhaul the OL depth and RG starter. Remember, Whitley will be in camp, who knows what he brings.

Add NT depth, maybe another DE to replace Coleman if we don't resign him.

Find another OLB if Glymph/Singleton don't come back, depth wise.

Find another CB for Reeves/Jones camp battles.

Another safety to battle with Elam/Watkins/Davis for a spot.
