The only dashboard I see in the OPs pic is from the camera operator's car.

No, I understand how you misunderstood it. But he was asking if the other car was the same one that said Claiborne. With Claiborne written on the right side and Bryant written on the left. And I think he may be right since both originate from Louisiana.
