3 catches for 15 yards, 5 targets. Best game from PFF's standards yet.

i would really hate to jynx our beloved rookie but i think its safe to say that he is out performing all of our expectations. i really thought he was going to struggle more than Patrick Peterson did his rookie year:star:

his tackling was particularly impressive

around mid-season is usually when you see top flight rookie CBs start to "get it"

I agree. He made a key tackle on a reception that prevented the Giants from picking up a 1st down and keeping a drive alive late in the game which prevented NY from eating up more time in the game that gave us a chance.

He is looking more and more comfortable back there

He's got a tough one this weekend. Probably matched up against Julio Jones. Carr probably follows White all game.

Him and Sensy should be double covering Julio all game.

True but then Alt like playing small ball. As was talked about during the Alt/Philly game Atl ranks low in plays over 20 yards. They do a lot of dinking and dunking and will take the occational shot down field but they run a lot of short stuff to move the chains

As far as rookie cornerbacks go he has been doing great. He is probably due for a stinker, but that is nothing we can really get mad about.

He and Carr are the reasons the defense has been pretty good.I notice the opposing QBs holding the ball long. If we could get more pressure it would be nice.

I dont know if you can shadow Julio with a safety when you have gonzales as a TE. I don't feel comfortable with any of our LB following him around the field.

They'll probably mix it up. But i do think Jones is the one guy you're worried about beating us over the top.

Julio is very powerful. The ideal for him isn't necessarily a long bomb but to catch him in full stride with the ball. He can break tackles and has serious YAC skills. Harry Douglas, I believe, is injured so there isn't quality depth past RW and JJ.
