Its not sad. The turd is getting exactly what he deserves. I call it Justice.
To try and claim OSU is not in any way responsible is laughable. MOST of the blame is the turds; but OSU is in there as well.

Clarett isn't worth the time it took the AP reporter to type this.

A cautionary tale for young ballplayers everywhere.

How is OSU responsible? By enforcing team and NCAA rules?

Oh, come on. This guy was a turd from day one and OSU accepted him and made excuses for him up untill it started to cost them then they dropped him fast. So YES OSU is partly- I SAID PARTLY- responsible. That bit about enforcing team rules? now THAT is funny.

They cut him slack so they are to blame? I guess the same could be said about every college program in the nation. Clarett has no one to blame but himself.

I am just hoping that he decides to represent himself during his trial. That would be special.

If I recall correctly, Clarret had issues early on in his recruitment and even later as a freshman. OSU did there share of looking the other way on those issues. It was only when it became public that it really became a PR issue for OSU and that is really when things started changing. It happens in all big time programs but to say OSU is not partially responsible is not a true statement IMO. They are as responsible as any program. They are no more responsible, nor are they any less responsible. It is what it is. A business and Clarret was a bad investment.
Actually Clarret was a great investment for Ohio State. He helped them (along with the ref) to their first NC since '68 and they only had to deal with him for one year.

I was rooting for you guys to win but I definetely thought that was bad call but hey, it happens. Vince's knee was down, Bush pushed Leinart, Benny Barnes will forever be the only DB penalized for pass interference while laying flat on the ground, Baltimore tipped the pass,
Mike Renfro had two feet in bounds, Brady fumbled, etc, etc.

Yep bad calls are part of the game...Not that I'm saying that was a bad call though:) ...Sometimes they go for you and they suck when they go against you.

All of those calls came earlier in the game, when the teams had plenty of time to overcome them. Dallas certainly had plenty of time to overcome that poor call against Barnes. The call in the OSU-The U game was at the end. Much bigger impact. Not making and excuse, just stating that the circumstances were different.

Brady did not fumble. At least according to the rules. Dumb rule, but still the correct call by the refs.
