You know, talentwise, he's probably worth a second or third but his attitude problem makes me consider him worthless.

I bet he goes in the third, though.

Never got to hear even so much as an interview with the kid I know nothing but what the numbers show on him

I think it will depend on what sort of shape he turns up to the combine in next week. I just heard (I believe on espn) that he is been working with a trainer in Cali.

I think he will do/say something stupid in the next two months and will go in the first round....of the CFL draft...

I think 6th or 7th, though I wont be surprised at all if he goes undrafted...he'll probably have a lousy workout and that combined with his off field garbage and bad attitude might get him black listed

I beg to differ, even after his sensational freshman season he was pegged by talent evaluators as a 2nd round pick. He has since missed 2 seasons of football, on top of having an attitudde that makes Randy Moss look like Mr Rogers. This kid will be lucky to see the 5th round, and at the moment Mel Kiper has even been saying he may not even get drafted. Have to wonder where he is going to get the money to pay off his legal team with that kind of pick.

I pray this kid doesn't come anywhere near the Cowboys. He is a headcase, with injury concerns since he couldn't even stay healthy in his one season of college football. And he was also over rated, look back at that season and look where his yards came from, he torched the sub par teams and didn't do anything special against the top tier teams.

I'd find it hard to believe that Clarett wouldn't have been a top 10 pick if not top 5 had he stayed two more seasons and rolled up the same kind of yardage. He was obviously more talented at that point (freshman) of his career than Cedric Benson, who is highly likely to be a top 10 pick. Maybe Clarett would've been a second rounder after only his freshman year, but not after a decent jr year.
The kid is talented. Granted a punk, and I can't stand him personally but I won't deny that he's got talent to go with great size and good speed, NFL RB written all over him. I think someone will use a draft pick on him between the 4th and the 6th round if he has a decent combine and looks to be in good shape. I don't know if he'll be worth a flip now that he's been out for several years but I have little doubt that had he played his soph and jr years then declared, he'd be the best back in this draft and we'd be talking about him being a lock to go #1.
Trust me, it pains me to say all that. I can't stand him or Ohio St.

of course, there will be some team who will draft him early like the third or fourth...but I just don't see it in this years draft especially with all the depth at RB. It will be tough for him unless he posts unbelievable numbers at the combine and exhibits a great attitude to match.

I also hope Dallas doesn't touch him unless its a sixth rounder. He would probably do a..... Hambrick or dude from Nebraska (who ended up in CFL or something and then left cuz he was too good...forgot his name) and demand to start sooner or later or claim he is better than everyone else which can mess up team continuity.
