Cowboys

QB..Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman
RB...Emmitt Smith, Tony Dorsett, Zeke
WR...Michael Irvin, Bob Hayes, Coop
TE....Jason Witten, Jay Novachek

Niners

Joe Montana, Steve Young
Frank Gore, Roger Craig, Joe "Jet" Perry
Jerry Rice, Terrell Owens, Dwight Clark
George Kittles, Bert Jones

Who has the edge?

Are there any other teams that can compare to those two? We have 13 Hall of Famers up there.

I think the Steelers Cowboys super bowl in late 70's had the most on the field, 16 or 17?

Steelers
Terry Bradshaw, Franco Harris, Lynn Swann, John Stallworth, Mike Webster, Joe Greene, Jack Lambert, Jack Ham, Mel Blount, Donnie Shell

Cowboys
Staubach, Dorsett, Rayfield Wright, Randy White, Cliff Harris and Jackie Smith.

And that doesn't include any of the coaches, I think I am missing someone??

It the Jackie Smith game.. :(

Wow!!!!

Offensively it could go either way. We need a look at those defenses. Then I'm fairly confident I'm taking Dallas. I cant recall a lot of great 9er defenders. Haley and Lott exhaust my list, but I'm not old enough to go back as far as some of yall.

You can probably include Deion there too (probably on the Niners side, but he was great for us too of course)

Merton Hanks and Woodall were a pain in my butt for 5-7 years. Ken Norton jr and Deion Sanders could be mentioned for both teams. Stubblefield and Young were good but like Hanks and Woodall not HOF material.

Drew Pearson???? He’s missing

Don’t underrate him like the Hall did for 40 years.

Geez I don't know how I left Deion out. Hanks and his chicken neck you to just kill me. Lol
