A huge win against a fierce rival on a Sunday night.

A big game against a good team who is a Super Bowl rival.

In between, the 0-8 Browns.

This is the definition of a trap game. Coaches and players better stay focused. The Browns may not be very good, but they play hard and are competitive in most of their games.

The Cowboys need to be ready on the road.

A trap for the Browns? LOL

The Browns do play hard, and will be amped up for this game. Hope we don't have a big win hangover, as i still think the bye week makes teams come out a bit sluggish.
Also we lost half of the starting secondary in Church and Mo. But we do have Wilcox and Scandrick and Brown to step in. But that hurts the depth.

So I understand what you mean.

Anytime you don't come to play you are in trouble. The Browns are a mess. Although I am sure they have plenty of players who would start for Dallas.

Dallas has been very good bringing their lunchpail to work each week and taking care of business. In the past, they have been a team that didn't handle success well. This has been a welcome change.

Was wondering when this thread would pop up.

We can and will beat Cleveland handily.
It's fine for us fans to think that. As long as the coaches and players don't approach it that way.

They are human and very confident right now. I can easily see the players thinking all they have to do is show up and they get a W. That's how good teams lose to inferior teams in this league.

After the way we played last night, I just can't see us coming out and playing sloppy again.

This is pretty much the definition of a trap game.

We should still beat them handily though. This is where Garrett's stability messages tend to pay off. But I was hoping CLE beat the Jets this weekend to get them off the snide before we came to town.

Said this in another thread. Need to but out the symbolic mousetrap and place it in the middle of the locker room with a small Cleveland helmet as the bait.

They are all trap games because we haven't beaten anyone yet. ;)

Hopefully the team got off today so that they good get the enjoy-the-win out of their system. And then come in for work.

EDIT: And regarding having off, I feel like this is the sort of team where 75% of the players will still come in and watch film, do work, because they're hungry.

Zeke returning to Ohio will have 200 yards (or more),the Browns cant stop the run.

They run the ball pretty well, but Dallas should score 40.
