I hate them for being so good this year. We should be the team getting the top 5 pick, not the Patriots. I am still bitter about this. I don't want the guy, but had Cleveland done their job correctly, we would be in prime position to draft McFadden.........and do so without having to sell our draft farm.

I may not be a witch, warlock, wizard, medicine man, voodoo witch doctor, or a leprechaun.........but I am putting a curse on the City of Cleveland.....that as long as the Sun rises in the East and sets in the West, nary a Championship will be won by any of their professional sports franchises......

Watch them suck in 2008 like we expected them to in 2007. I would be pissed.

I have to admit I was someone who thought they would give us a good pick. Who the #*% saw Derek Anderson playing well?

That said, I wouldn't mind seeing Dallas do that again if a potentially lousy team falls in love with someone and wants the 28th pick in the draft to get them.

Their OL and the addition of Joe Thomas was a huge thing for them in 2007. Anderson wasn't their QB to start the season. They guy who was, got benched then traded, and the guy who is their "future" may never see the field there if Anderson keeps playing like he did.

What really sucks is that if Quinn didn't hold out, he probably would have started the season. If he didn't start he would have been second string and after Charlie Frye got benched and traded. Quinn would have gone through his rookie pains and the team would have sucked.

I'd say it's a good idea 'cept they've had a curse since 1964.

But look at all the great DMAC debates we would have missed out on with a top 5 pick.
