They have one of the worst HC in the league right now. He is the worst clock manager I have ever seen. This team is loaded with talent, especially on the offensive side of the ball and yet has only managed 26 points this year (10, 6, 10) and is 0-3. If I were Crennell I would make this the time to start Brady Quinn. I mean they are already on par with the Rams....In fact, I think the Rams may have outscored them thus far this year.......A change at QB may give them a breath of fresh air.

Actually what they truly need, is a better HC.....to actually lead that team in a positive direction.

They weren't as good as everyone thought they were last year and they'
re not quite as bad as many think they are this year. They have a BRUTAL schedule this year. I think Anderson is still hampered by that concussion and I think B. Edwards and Anderson lost some of their timing when Edwards got hurt.

Having said all that, their defense is a DISASTER.

I live in the DC area and posted some file cabinets on Craigslist last week. A lady who lives near me came to pick them up on Sunday, and her face just fell flat when I opened the door wearing my Cowboys gear. She said "Aagh. Dallas." and I figured her for a Commanders fan until she said she was from Cleveland and was still trying to get over the week 1 loss.

She had some choice words about Crennel (I believe one was a combo of chicken and a word that'll get filtered out here) and how awful his decisions (and the team) have been so far, although she said "we should be used to that." Too funny.

Anderson is coming off an injury and is still rusty but I feel ya, we need them to play better for the compensatory picks.

And so it begins...

Rumors are swirling that they might start Brady Quinn. Think they're kicking themselves over that Derek Anderson contract now?

I bet they're wishing that they'd made a deal to get Anderson to Chicago or The Vikings and taken the high pick they likely could have gotten then.

Right now it looks like he's going to wind up benched soon for Quinn and then he'll either be an expensive back up or they'll eat a cap loss to cut him.

Very poor FO work in that deal, at least as it stands now. The guy could come out of his funk and suddenly show some of that mid 2007 form.

Romeo was on the hot seat when last season started. They started winning and Anderson looked like the real deal and he was suddenly a hero. Now that they have taken a step back, a sub .500 finish and that seat will start to warm up again.
