Anyone who goes on that show is a sucker. Those are some of the most horrendous deals I could ever imagine. The only upside is that these people have connections to help the business along, but what you get for the cost is stupid.

That's not wholly true. I know this dude through a friend, and although he gave up 40%, it instantly put his business into a sales level and opened doors he'd of never sniffed w/o partnering w/ somebody w/ name recognition like Cuban etc.

If the product is that great, he shouldn't need to be raped by a celebrity. He could license the technology to companies like Coleman and sit back and get fat without doing a damn thing.
