Both of them look like those horrible t-shirts that bikers wear.
It must've been sometime in the late 80s or early 90s, but when did it become mandatory for even fat guys to wear those silly Tour-de-France shirts and spandex biker shorts when riding their bikes? No more cut-offs and Cowboys t-shirts?
I think you can blame Jerry for these. Not directly, of course, but I'm sure the NFL got the idea to jazz-up and annually change the Pro Bowl jersies to increase sales, just as Jerry has done with the Cowboys road-blues.
