Part III of this week's chat with the National Football Post's Wes Bunting looks at secondary prospects, defensive line prospects and interior offensive linemen of note as the 2011 college football season creeps closer.
Cowboys Nation: What about the linebacker class as a whole? You had a piece recently on the seniors and you had some names that will be familiar to Cowboys fans. Tank Carder from TCU was high on your list. He looks like an inside guy, not the linebacker spot the Cowboys would emphasize, having just picked Lee and Carter. Is he a 4-3 or 3-4 inside guy, in your opinion?
Wes Bunting: I think he could do either. He's at his best in tight areas. He's a better athlete that he's given credit for, but that was his bread and butter. When everybody watched him in the Rose Bowl against Wisconsin, he attacks downhill. He reads and reacts and he attacks the ball carrier. He locates the ball extremely well. He finds it quickly, and he plays with a mean streak.
