Part two of Cowboys Nation's weekly chat with The National Football Post's Wes Bunting looks more at offensive tackles, offensive linemen with versatility, how to rate players according to preparedness -- i.e. what is the difference between a 2nd and a 3rd round pick -- and which players are rising and falling.
Cowboys Nation: Tyron Smith's pro day is today. I've heard some talk that he's closer to 315? [Smith was 310 at yesterday's weigh in.] What have you heard?
Wes Bunting: I talked to a director of scouting this week and he said in his mind Smith is far and away the best tackle in his class. His team has Smith rated this way. I've had a lot of rave reviews back. A lot of teams really like the guy. I asked the personnel guy to compare him to Nate Solder, who was talked about as the most athletic OT early on and he thinks Smith is far and away more athletic than Nate Solder.
