I think Jerry is going to try and sign them both Moore and Deion like Michael and Jim on the office. Deion looks at the big picture. Culture etc. Moore runs the O and manages the D but they have a D coordinator. Both paid the same. Both with equal power. This is a Jerry thing to do he pretty much already did this with jgeezy and Wade.

I'd love this idea but only if Kellen remains on Sanders shoulders the entire game and they coach as a single unit.
