Jerry will be 83 next year and isn't going the young innovative offensive mind route. It will be Belichick and the defense will definitely be better. Josh McDaniels will be the OC because he will make Jerry comfortable. This is not a step up but what can you do when an ego maniac octagenarian has had the team in a 30 year death grip. Just don't let Belichick anywhere near personnel.

There is an entire league of qualified coaches who can come in here and re start the culture maximize your offense and bring violence to the defense .

And truth be told I’m of the opinion Will McClay is fine let him run the draft and The Jones crew can collect art and get the hell out of the way .
